How bespoke works
From your design to your school in five steps
Nothing goes into bulk until you have seen and approved it. That protects your school from a full order in the wrong shade or the wrong fit.
Design and sample.
Send us your current uniform, a drawing or a photo. We make a sample for you to check. Sample lead time is 2 working days once the fabric is arranged and we have your design details.
Size set.
We make the uniform in a range of sizes. You check the fit on real students before anything is cut in bulk.
Approval.
You approve the sample, the size chart and the badge. We keep the approved sample as the standard for the whole order.
Bulk production.
We cut, stitch, finish and pack. Every stage is checked on the line. The final inspection follows AQL 2.5.
Delivery.
Uniforms are packed by size and item, ready for your school or shop. Delivery method and area: [TBD - ask owner]
Fabric and durability
Uniforms built for daily wear
A school uniform is worn five or six days a week and washed often. It has to hold its colour and its shape. We build for that.
Strong seams.
Stress points such as pockets, crotch seams and side vents can be reinforced on request.
Secure buttons and fastenings.
Buttons and hooks can be checked for security before packing.
Colour consistency.
Shade can be checked between fabric rolls before cutting, so the whole batch matches.
Room to grow.
Hem and seam allowances can be set to your requirement, so garments can be let down.
Fabric included. We arrange and source the fabric for your uniforms, so your school does not need to supply it. Uniforms are a full-package service. On CMT orders, by contrast, the client supplies the fabric.
Badges and embroidery: embroidery for your school badge or logo is arranged by us on request.

Plan ahead of the new school session. The weeks before the session starts are the busiest time for uniforms. Contact us early, so sampling and approval are finished before bulk production begins.

Do you supply the fabric or does the school provide it?
We do. School uniforms are a full-package service: we arrange and source the fabric, so your school does not need to supply it. This is different from our CMT service, where the client supplies the fabric.
Can you add our school badge or embroidery?
Yes. Embroidery for your school badge or logo is arranged by us on request. Send us the artwork with your enquiry.
