What we check on every knit order
Shade matching between rolls before cutting.
Relaxed fabric before spreading to avoid shrinkage in size.
Seam stretch and recovery on necklines and hems.
Consistent measurement across size set.

MOQ & lead time
Sampling before bulk
We make proto, fit, size-set and PP samples. Each sample is measured against your spec sheet before it leaves the unit. Sample lead time: 2 working days after fabric and tech pack are received.

Knitwear questions, answered
What knit fabrics can you stitch?
Single jersey, pique, interlock, French terry, fleece and rib in cotton, polyester or blends. If you have a special fabric, send a swatch and we will test it.
Can you do printed or embroidered knitwear?
We coordinate printing and embroidery through partner units [TBD] and stitch the decorated panels. You can also send pre-decorated panels.
What is the MOQ for knitwear?
Our knitwear MOQ is 500 pieces per style.
How do you control shrinkage?
Fabric is relaxed before cutting and we follow your washed measurement spec. Wash tests are done on request [TBD].
Can you handle multiple sizes and colours in one order?
Yes. Send a size and colour breakdown with your order. We plan markers and cutting accordingly.
