Six stages
Six stages of production
Stage 01 / 06
Fabric received
Your fabric arrives at our store. We count rolls, check shade lots, and inspect for visible defects. Any issue is reported to you the same day.
Check: Quantity, shade, defects.
Stage 02 / 06
Cutting
Fabric is relaxed (knit) or spread flat (woven). Markers are planned for best yield. Panels are cut, numbered and bundled by size.
Check: Panel measurement, ply alignment, bundle count.
Stage 03 / 06
Stitching
Bundles move to the knit or woven line. Each operator handles one operation. In-line checkers inspect at [TBD] points per line.
Check: Seam quality, stitch density, measurement.
Stage 04 / 06
Finishing
Threads are trimmed. Garments are pressed, spot-cleaned if needed, and labelled with main, care and size labels.
Check: Press quality, stains, label placement.
Stage 05 / 06
Packing
Garments are folded, polybagged and packed into cartons as per your packing list. Cartons are marked and weighed.
Check: Ratio per carton, marks, carton count.
Stage 06 / 06
Dispatch
Cartons are handed to your forwarder or our transport for Karachi port or Lahore airport. Packing list and documents are shared the same day.
