CMT questions, answered
What does the CMT price include?
The CMT price covers cutting, sewing, finishing, labelling, final QC and packing. Fabric is supplied by you. Trims and accessories are supplied by the client.
Can you source fabric for us?
Our core service is CMT with buyer-supplied fabric. For selected orders we can help connect you to fabric mills in Pakistan. Ask us when you enquire.
How is CMT pricing calculated?
Pricing depends on garment complexity, number of operations, order quantity and packing requirements. Send a tech pack and we will quote per piece.
What is the typical lead time for bulk?
After PP sample approval, a 500-piece order ships within 5 working days of receiving fabric and trims. Larger orders are scheduled on request, and we confirm the date before starting.
Do you accept small trial orders?
Our MOQ is 500 pieces per style. Many long-term clients started with a single style at this quantity.
How do you handle quality issues?
In-line QC catches most issues during sewing. Final QC follows AQL 2.5. If a defect is found after delivery, we review it with you and agree a fair resolution.
